Great location; room was clean, bed very comfortable. Trip on shuttle to the airport was great. The only problem was the limited shuttle service our flight arrived at 1:30 pm and the shuttle back to the hotel was not available. We had to find a ride back to the hotel to pick up our car. Customers just need to be aware.

My park and fly, experience was outstanding. Every thing worked as planned. I would definitely recommend them abd I woukd use them again! The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. I was warmly greeted by the front desk. My room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable.

Maurice warmly greeted us at the front desk when we arrived. Our room was clean & beds were comfy. The breakfast is a standard one with waffle maker, eggs, cold cereals & pastries. The sweet lady tending this area was nice to interact with. Our shuttle bus driver Randy was very friendly & talkative. The experience as a whole was great. We won\'t hesitate to stay here if ever needing to park sleep fly from Orlando again.

Room was clean, staff was exceptional. Shuttle to and from airport was a plus, just make note ahead of time that shuttle is not available 24/7. This is not in any way a complaint, but just mentioned for guests to be aware. Any time my travels need to be a stay, park and fly, I will always use this hotel. Honestly, one of the best!!
