As in the past, we chose this location so that we could leave the car parked while we travelled out of the country. Check in/out was easy. Shuttle to the airport was dependable. The rooms are dated; however the bed was extremely comfortable. We were surprised that after our last stay (Dec 2023), the gate leaving the parking lot was still not operating properly.

Rooms are clean, beds are comfortable, staff is polite and efficient. The only thing was even though my parking ticket was validated, the machine at the exit said I owed $156.00! Pushed the assistance button and it was taken care of, but still! Love the cookies at check-in but ours were really over baked.

With extended parking included with the package this deal seemed too good to be true. But, everything was as promised—the room was ready when we arrived, the room was a bit dated but clean and everything was in working order, the front desk folks were pleasant and efficient, and we even had a much appreciated coffee maker in the room for our early morning departure. The airport shuttle filled quickly but a second one appeared before the first one left. The return shuttle picks up in Zone 4 at PHL and arrives roughly on the quarter hour and was there on schedule. All in all a great experience and we would definitely stay again.

Booked for park, sleep, fly. Convenient to airport and shuttle to and from was on time and the same lady driver(Rhonda?) both ways was friendly and helpful. The sports bar downstairs at the hotel had delicious burgers and fries. I will use this hotel again.
