The room was nice and priced well. We used the park and fly option, staying the night before our trip. All was well until our trip back from the airport . We waited 25 minutes for the van when we were at zone 4 right at 10pm ( supposed to be there every half hour). The driver was less than pleasant. Then, we moved ahead and picked up another passenger. As we started to drive away, this passenger told the driver that the van door was not closed. He insisted that it was fine, but it was NOT! As he was driving down the highway, the door started opening! I was trying to hold the door shut and he would not pull over! As we went around a corner, it began to open more so another passenger helped to grab the door and close it. The driver acted like absolutely nothing was going on! This was absolute rediculous as well as dangerous! I am a small person and my friend who I was traveling with, was holding on to me as I held the door! Again, this was rediculous ! No tip got him to say the least! Hope y, something is said to him so this doesn’t happen again!

Hotel is a little dated but clean and hospitable. Desk staff was very pleasant and being able to eat on site was appreciated it was storming during dinner. Breakfast buffet ok not worth the $22 per person. Will be staying on my arrival at Philly airport again. Probably will find a Cracker Barrel or Perkins before heading home.

After extensive searching I decided on this property for a park, sleep fly. The airport shuttle is on time and runs every 30 minutes. Location is super convenient to airport. The beds are amazing comfortable. Is it shiny and new? No. But let me talk about the employees. Not only were they helpful and welcoming. But While boarding the shuttle my daughter had a first ever seizure. I freaked. The employees at the property rallied for us. I have no idea what I would have done without them. They comforted my other child. They administered aid to my seizing daughter. They helped me not panic. Well, they tried. They even assured us that they would hold our luggage for as long as it took. I cannot say enough good things about this staff. And I will never be able to thank them enough for the care they showed my family.
