When considering the parking benefit, our stay at Best Western Dulles is an excellent value. The accommodations, breakfast, shuttle service and overall service were acceptable. Our only major complaint was from noise caused when a neighboring room (sounded like a work crew) got up and left with quite a bit of noise at about 4:00 am. The bed was comfortable and clean, although the facility is somewhat old and smelling a bit stale.

We chose this hotel on the StayParkTravel site & our stay surpassed any expectations. The staff was efficient, friendly and helpful. The lobby & rooms were spotless and well appointed. When we asked for shuttle service at 4:00 a.m. we were advised that since we would miss the breakfast included with the stay they would have a bagged breakfast ready for us. This has never been offered at an any other facility. Upon our arrival in the lobby at 3:50 the next morning we were each hand a handled bag with a cup of yogurt, a danish, and a muffin. Coffee and juice were available. How wonderful after check in to just sit and enjoy a quick breakfast! We were assigned a 2nd floor room. When we expressed concern that we had 3 large & heavy suitcases the staff locked our bags in the office and all we had to do was roll them to the curb for the shuttle in the morning. Our room had a king bed that was comfortable and a pull out couch with a thicker mattress so our son was not sleeping on the bars of the bed. The bathroom as clean and well supplied. There is not a negative thing that I can say about the location, the staff, the promptness of the shuttle or the price. We were a few minutes away from Dulles for a very early flight. And all of this is accompanied by parking until we return from our trip. It is cheaper than parking at Dulles and so much more convenient. We will return again without a doubt.

Check in person could not have been more accommodating - he immediately changed our room when we told him there was a loud barking dog in the first one he gave us. We left for Dulles airport before breakfast was served so they gave us a bag with yoghurt and pastries - nice touch. Couple of small issues - there was a draught whistling through the door because it didn't fit properly and I found the pillows very uncomfortable. Neither issue was bad enough for us to complain to reception.
