I was beyond happy with my entire experience with this hotel and will be using it for all future travels that require a park and fly from Albany. I arrived on June 27th to park my car and go to the airport. I signed some brief paperwork and was immediately shuttled to the airport which is about 10 minutes away. Upon my return, I called the hotel when I arrived and the shuttle appeared to get me in under 15 minutes (even though it was midnight at the time). The check-in for my room was incredibly quick which I was beyond grateful for since I was exhausted from a full day of travel. The room was a decent size and clean which is all I needed as I went to bed almost immediately. I was leaving a little before breakfast opened but the front desk clerk opened the room for me so that I could make myself tea to go and grab a banana for a road.

I chose this hotel because of the parking arrangement. I was going to be away for several weeks and parking was included with the room. I stayed the night before my flight and again when I came back as I had a very late flight. Shuttle was easy use. The hotel is clean and pleasant . The room is dated but clean and comfortable . They are doing renovations, so I am sure it will be better.

The entire experience and staff was wonderful. Facility very clean and staff more than helpful, courteous and professional. Highly recommend and will definitely stay there again. Shuttle driver and service impeccable. All staff extremely friendly.

It was a good location close to the airport. Our shuttle was there early and we had plenty of time to get checked in at the airport. Place to eat where within walking distance. The staff was very friendly
