Average hotel. No transportation to airport so time u pay for transportation maybe cheaper to stay at a hotel that does have transportation

This was a wonderful choice for starting our trip! The hotel was clean, service was excellent, bed was comfortable, and our room had a great spa tub with water jets. We had to be in the lobby at 4:30 for our courtesy shuttle to O’Hare, and since we missed breakfast we were each given a bag-breakfast of yogurt, muffins, and fruit. We were able to park our car in the lot for free for 14 days. We haven’t returned, so can’t report on that experience yet. We didn’t use the pool.

Best for the park and fly.

The room was clean and comfortable. The staff were very friendly and professional. There are lots if dining options close by which is especially nice for someone from out of town staying the night before a flight. I also appreciated the park-sleep-fly option. Excellent shuttle service.

Clean hotel with helpful, friendly staff. Timely shuttles! Would definitely stay again!

Return shuttle from airport can be an inconvenience if cab has to be called and the wait time is longer for pick-up.
