Everything was wonderful

There were only two luggage dollies, which were usually missing. For people cruising, with a lot of luggage, I'd say five of so dollies. Also, the A/C was quite noisy for sleeping. Otherwise, all was fine.

Well received and pleased with the service!

The hotel was clean and well decorated. The shuttle service was convenient and on time and our driver was friendly. We were also pleased that we could park our car and leave it for a week while we flew to Curaçao. Very convenient. Also, the hotel is in a great location, near the airport and within walking distance to 4 or 5 good restaurants.

Overall the trip was great. A bit disappointed because no one at the motel seemed to know nothing about the shuttle bus when we returned from our cruise. Luckily we found someone at the cruise terminal help us find transportation back to the motel. Seems like when you book a park and cruise package, they should book you for the trip to the cruise terminal and the return back to the motel after the cruise, if needed.
