Had an early fight out of SYR, staying and parking at Comfort Suites Cicero was convenient and affordable. Nice hotel, friendly staff and shuttle to airport was right on time. Thanks

Close to airport, very friendly staff, shuttle to and from airport, great food, great room, could park my car there while on my trip and the price is very reasonable. I have stayed with you the past two years and will continue to do so.

Found the staff exceptionally friendly, they went above and beyond making sure my stay was perfect. Had an issue with a retail store and the staff were kind in helping me rectify my situation. I would not hesitate to stay here again, the room was large and clean. I booked a stay and park package. The shuttle was on my schedule as I requested and was very accommodating. I will stay at this hotel again because of the staff and location with the airport.

Took advantage of a ParkSleep deal on our way to Costa Rica. We were pleasantly surprised to receive a complimentary adult beverage and snack upon arrival. We left too early the next morning to take advantage of the breakfast, but had a "to go" bag waiting at the desk. The shuttle service had not yet started, but the hotel had arranged for a taxi and paid for it. We were picked up on our return at 11 pm by a friendly and courteous driver. Slept well and enjoyed a complimentary breakfast before we left for home. We only wished there was some type of food available on site for dinner and a late night snack, otherwise we were very satisfied.
