Very nice people on staff. Clean and comfortable room.

Good for overnight stay. Staff was friendly and helpful. Only issue was outside security light for parking could not be entirely blocked by curtain. Room had too much light. Granted the light was almost directly in front of room window.

Randall at the front desk was AMAZING! So funny and helpful.

The hotel is clean with comfortable beds. Staff is friendly and helps.

Location is very close to the airport right off 40. Easy to get to. The room wasn’t fancy but was clean and worked for me. The morning shift desk clerk was the best!!

Was pleased with all the efforts and experiences while staying at the hotel and while getting to and from the hotel.

Had a wonderful restfull night and left my care there for 14 days. Best parking deal by RDU.

As expected - very clean, comfortable. Was advertised as 24 hour shuttle services- not true. The manager stated since Covid no-one in area has 24hr shuttle service. My family member made this reservation for us because of shuttle service advertised as 24 hr so we were disappointed about that. I personally think if a service such as shuttle is not available it should be stated on the home page. We were given a taxi business card who charged $25.00 for the mile ride, came 30 minutes later than our reservation with him and then expected a tip. We barely made our flight. We took a regular taxi back after midnight on return trip and it was $15.00. Our flight got back at 1120 pm and hoped we’d make the shuttle-but our luggage was not available until 1220 so we had to get another taxi. Parking for the car was great- no mishaps there. Taxi prices probably better than parking at airport for 9 nights. Its just the principle of the thing- wording on homepage should reflect updates on what actually is advertised/expected. The hotel was fine- I imagine its not their fault- its the fault of the park/ stay people.

room was as expected. We had to leave the hotel at 430am so were too early for shuttle or breakfast.

People were extremely helpful and friendly. Very accomadating
