Very nice room and good value with 14 days parking with park,sleep,fly package. Airport transfers were timely and efficient.

Disappointed in the breakfast. Not at all what we expected

Our room was clean and comfortable and the reservation and check in were easy. The real service though occurred when we left a cell phone in our room after checking out and didn’t realize it until we got to the pier. I called frantically for help and they immediately went to our room, got our phone and sent it over with the van driver. The front desk person called me back and confirmed that it was on its way. They jumped into action and helped us when we needed it - now that is real customer service and care!!

Our recent stay and Country Inn & Suites in Elizabeth was very convenient to mall shopping and Newark airport. The small flat pillows were aweful.

We were able to check in early - a real plus since we drove from Florida! Accommodations were fine and the little restaurant was adequate with an appropriate selection. The shuttle was timely for pick up. Experience was efficient and appreciated.
