Howard Johnson Hotel - Newark Airport NEWARK

The beds are a bit small however very comfortable and the room is really nice and big. Bigger than normal fridge as well as a microwave and coffee maker. The restaurant offered really delicious food and the service was awesome. We left our vehicle in a secure parking lot while out on a cruise. Really nice option.

We had a good sleep at the Howard Johnson and got to the airport in plenty of time. On the return, we couldn't find the pick up site for our return to the hotel to get our vehicle. We called the office twice and both times the personnel was not helpful at all in letting us know where we should be. In the 6 degree weather we finally took a taxi to the hotel the get our transportation home. I was disappointed with this service and will not use it again. There were no apologies on the part of the manager in the office.
