The personnel were friendly and courteous. Beds were comfortable and there was plenty of hot water. This is an older building, but it was clean and comfortable. Very good value for the price. 24 hour shuttle is great and I parked my car there while on a trip. Building shows signs of age, but no serious problems. Very convenient location to TYS airport. This sentence is added because there is a 200 character minimum for a review!!!! I don't know what else to write. I keep padding the review but it still wont let me submit it.!!!!
