Found the hotel after searching the internet for hotels that provide parking for cruise customers. With a 1-night stay, I was able to keep my vehicle there for 7 full days. Perfect, but...
Hotel and Room: it is an older building and the room seem rundown; however, it served its purpose for our 1-night stay with the parking. We didn\'t see anything wrong with the room itself.
Restaurant: It was closed so we couldn\'t try it out. No breakfast was included, but they did have a snack shop where you could single-serve cereal and other things.
Customer service: The two guys who checked us in were great. They answered all of our questions. The female attendee the following morning missed the mark on customer service. She had gone on a bathroom break, which was probably 5-10 mins. There were 5 families waiting to get checked out by the time she arrived at the front desk. We told her we wanted to check out, but she quickly (with an annoyed voice) told us to just put the keys in the basket. We told her we wanted a receipt, which she eventually handed us without a thank you or anything nice to give us a nice, lasting impression regarding our stay.
Overall, it was a nice stay, but that last impression left a sour impression on our departure.
Note on location: It seemed odd to have a hotel in that particular location, but with the available Portuguese restaurants a few mins drive away, we loved it.
We might consider staying there again in the future for the purpose of keeping our vehicle close to the cruise ports (which was about 30-40 mins Uber ride).
