The staff at hotel was good and worked hard to fix parksleephotel.com made told mess out of my reservation

The hotel is comfortable with all your basic needs. The staff is friendly and accommodating. They are very helpful. The location couldn\'t be better. Close to the mall, actually within walking distance and by a river trail walk. Hourly shuttle to the airport. We will be going back.

Eveything got looked after, but could have been faster. We asked for an extra blanket, but they forgot until I went back down and reminded them about 45 min later. They did deliver it about 10 min later. Also, breakfast could be better with some protein instead of just carbs. The motel was clean and the appearance has improved outside since last year. We use it because it is easy to get to and has lots of safe parking.

Fast, friendly check in. Comfortable room, quiet location. Timely shuttle the next morning. Keep in mind shuttle only runs from 530am-1130pm. We will have to get a car back because our flight is late.

There was confusion about the shuttle service - the front desk clerk said it ran every half hour, but the shuttle driver told us it left once an hour from the hotel, on the hour, and picked up at the airport on the half hour. Because of that, we did not wait for it at the airport when we returned, and used a cab. Otherwise, everything was fine, snd we appreciated being able to park for 14 days, for the price of one night’s stay.

Location is excellent, desk clerk was friendly and accommodating and the room was quieter and had more amenities than expected. Thank you!

Easy to find. Have a very nice parking lot to leave our pickup in while we are on vacation.

Everything fine except when I asked when the shuttle ran, they told me every 30mins. However they neglected to tell me to make a reservation!.

Great location for the airport. Shuttle does not run in wee early hours so factor cost of an Uber. nicer than the others we’ve stayed at for airport access.

The front desk and shuttle driver were very helpful. Note that there are two Ramadas near the Seattle airport. The name of this one is Southcenter, not SeaTac. Also, the 800 phone number provided is the national one, not the local one.
