Very nice room friendly people at front desk
The staff was friendly but especially friendly were the drivers that took us to and from the airport. I wish I remembered there names. Extremely polite,friendly and helpful. The driver who picked us up from the airport was from WV, he even helped us put the luggage in my trunk which was very helpful since I was traveling with my elderly parents.
A nice quiet room with quick shuttle in the morning to the Charlotte airport. Not the most up-to-date, but the room was clean and the front staff was friendly and helpful.
