It was not the stay that was disappointing, it was making the reservations through Park Sleep & Fly. I went online to book 2 rooms. When I received confirmations, both reservations were totally messed up, i.e., wrong days, didn't include the parking part, wrong bed request. I called Park Sleep & Fly to confirm and they were very helpful to confirm that the rooms had been changed to what I had booked online. I arrived at the Eagan hotel and they had only one reservation, not 2 - despite having 2 confirmation slips in my hand. They almost seemed annoyed with me for the misunderstanding and wouldn't even look at the confirmation slips, but eventually booked an extra room for me. Anyway, was able to park our cars and head to the airport. When we arrived back to the hotel at 1 a.m. on the return of our trip, the service was friendly, but again, the rooms were all confusing. They still said I only had 1 room. Again, they tried to give us single king beds in each room (even though we were clearly 2 families with children). The next morning upon check out, one room was provided with a breakfast coupon and not charged for the extra days of parking, but our room was charged for the extra days of parking, but not provided with breakfast coupons because "it was not included with our stay." The whole process was not smooth. I have used Park Sleep & Fly before and was happy, but not at all this time.
