Oakland Executive Hotel OAKLAND

Had to stay the night before flying to Hawaii. Was very well taken care of by the staff the restaurant and especially a shout out to the driver who took me to the store to get some supplies for my room and gave me a ride back to the hotel. Was a very good experience.

Older property we chose for park, sleep and fly program. Excellent customer service all the way around. Good night sleep. This is an older property though so don\'t come expecting 5 star surrondings.

This was our fourth time staying here before flying to Hawaii. The room was clean, quiet and comfortable. The happy hour, food and service at the Bistro was very good. The shuttle to the airport was on time and our driver was very nice. All in all another good experience.

THis is a very convenient stop for a hotel overnight when taking an early morning flight from Oakland Airport. We have stayed there on their park and fly package several times. Our rooms have been clean, quiet and well appointed with comfy beds. THe shuttle takes just 4 minutes and leaves on time. Just wish they started serving breakfast at 6:00 rather than 6:30....

Overall it was good but the beds were small for queen size beds

Nice hotel, very nice staff. It took us over one hour to Ck into the hotel. It seems their systems and the Park and Sleep system were not working well together. The staff were very sorry for the holdup and made sure we were taken care of as well as they could.

The hotel location worked out great. The staff was very helpful. The hotel was nice only wish they had 2 queen size bed accommodations. The doubles are a bit small for two tall adults. The restaurant was good and the staff also very nice
