Holiday Inn Express & Suites Belleville (Airport Area) BELLEVILLE

The staff is wonderful and friendly as well as very helpful. The lobby is exceptionally clean and inviting. The rooms, however, are in need of an update. It’s apparent that the staff strives to keep the room clean. But the lingering oder tries to mask smoke smells. No amount of carpet cleaning can erase that smell. Better to paint and install new carpet. Bed is comfortable but other furniture is well worn and in need of replacing.

The hotel is very beautiful. The room was clean and so was the hotel. Our room had a kerig, refrigerator, and microwave. Pool was a nice the water was warm. They ha e a hot tub. Free shuttle to and from the airport. Very nice and friendly employees. We didn't eat because our plane left to early. Centrally located. We parked our car in the back lot for the extended time we are gone. It is an unsecured parking lot. Will let you know how that went when we get back. Hotel all around was great. They had locker rooms with saunas and a work out room. Handicapped assesable. Kid friendly.

Free shuttle runs 24hrs and will take you lots of places.

Hotel was very nice, away from the airport noise and traffic. Waited 45 minutes after calling for the shuttle which is only 12 minutes from the airport? We were told it would be there in 15 minutes.

We were impressed with the hotel for our one night stay prior to a flight to South America. The two weeks free parking and the reasonable daily rate for the balance of our trip was a very good deal. The hotel shuttle was prompt with friendly service. I would definitely recommend this hotel.
