Comfort Inn Pentagon City ARLINGTON

The room was comfortable and clean and the people were friendly and helpful. The check-in was a little slow.

Traffic was terrible, but once we got there it was really nice. Very helpful staff, answered all our questions. Shuttle to take you to the Pentagon and airport (DCA). And a nice little restaurant. We had the Stay and Park. Our flight was too early to use the shuttle, but a taxi was only $20.00 to the airport. On our return, we called the hotel and was picked up in less than 10 minutes. This was May of 2017.

Room was clean and had microwave as well as fridge. Two queen beds was perfect for our family. We left our vehicle and caught shuttle to airport. On our return we called the hotel for shuttle and was picked up in a timely manner.

Great deal to fly out early from DCA. Bed is very comfortable>

Choose the Stay/Park/Fly package...stay one night, park up to 7 days free, then only $10/ day. Free shuttle to Ronald Reagan Airport. Nice Room - did change rooms because we needed fridge/microwave, only available in queen bed rooms - rooms small but clean. The restaurant was closed for remodeling but found some fast food nearby. Shuttle and free breakfast not available till 6am - we had to be at airport before that, but they helped us arrange an earlier transport to airport. The only confusion - Hotel has same address and parking lot as the Best Western - went to wrong hotel first: signs not well marked. But staff pleasant and helpful.
