NU Hotel Toronto Airport TORONTO

Overall very satisfied - surprisingly quiet given location (I was on the 2nd floor away from the elevator). Cleanliness of shower was questionable - I didn't inspect.

The rooms were nice and clean. The beds comfortable. We were so close to the airport and the free shuttle was great. If there was a negative it was where we had to park the car. They pack them in.

Great location. Very clean. Everything went smoothly. Parking lot is a bit congested.

Clean and simple. Good value, repeat customers. Customer service above and beyond.

Overall, the hotel was clean. On our first stay, we were in the basement and the room was spacious and clean. On our return flight, We stayed in a very small room on the second floor right next to the elevator. Unfortunately, we were woken up a couple of times by guest leaving early and hearing them along with their luggage boarding the elevator. Also, the bathroom did not have a toilet paper holder or even a towel rack next to the sink and was not sure what was at the bottom of the shower floor but it looked dark. Also being close to the airport you will need to expect to hear the airplanes taking off. I also found the HVAC window units used for cooling/heating was noisy which they usually are.

Hotel has been renovated and is beautiful. Nice and clean, Bed was very comfortable . Would highly recommend this hotel. Free shuttle to airport

The location is very close to the airport. The room was very clean and comfortable for a stay when coming or going to the airport. The airport shuttle to EZ Park needs some improvement however. We waited too long !!

Very pleasant staff and shuttle service was excellent. Very close to the airport.

Room was good and everything was clean, but I my face was itching after I touched the sheets to my face while asleep. This could be because of the chemicals with the deterrent used to wash the linens.

Parking's a problem, otherwise everything else is fine.
