Everything was great and I experienced the greatest customer. I was running a little late in the morning and had just missed the shuttle to the airport. I was informed the shuttle was coming back but had to make a run to Amtrack before going back to the Airport. The customer service at the front desk then asked me when my flight was going to take off. I told her 7:20 and it was 6:10. Without hesitation she jumped to the computer and about 2 min later she told me the shuttle would be back in 5 min to take me to the airport. She rearranged the whole schedule so I could make my flight. You have an awesome person working your front desk and she should be rewarded for the great service she provides your guests. This took place 5/16/2015 at 6:10 AM.
