Many amenities. Only one large towel was provided. Sink , toilet, tub are very low. Great for midgets.

We just returned from our vacation and stayed the night before we flew out of Detroit. The hotel was clean and comfortable. The pool looked clean (we did not use it) and the breakfast was delicious! The chef was great to talk to and wanted to make sure everything was good or if you needed help, he was there! We had an issue with our TV and called the front desk. They had someone knocking on our door in minutes of our phone call and he was able to fix it quickly. Check-in and check-out were easy. We had one problem of being charged twice but talking to Janine from ParkSleepHotels, she had it fixed quickly for us. We would stay here again if we fly out of Detroit

I strayed Over night before flyig to Orlando. I specifically chose this hotel for the heated pool and spa. The pool was freezing my nephews 4 and 9 coUldnt stay in for more than 5 minutes they were very disappointed with how cold it was. The hallway walking to the room was freezing, I am one for conserving energy but this was too cold. My room was disgustingly dirty, there were stains on the lamp shades, the bathroom was worse than a public bathroom. I am not high maintenance, I don't require much However cleanliness is essential and this was certainly not clean.
