Comfort Inn & Suites Logan International Airport REVERE

The room was fine, the staff was courteous, the Mexican restaurant was fun. We did, though, have a very long wait at the airport for our shuttle bus.

The room was wonderful and very clean, the personnel were friendly and helpful. Getting to the hotel was a bit of a task hitting rush hour at the rotary near the hotel

All staff were extremely pleasant and helpful. Room was clean, pool was clean and cool and a welcome amenity. Many services and restaurants nearby. Though we weren’t pleased about the delay in our trip, our experience here eased some of that travel pain.

Everything was fine - check in was easy, room was fine. Restaurant recommended by front desk staff was perfect. Shuttle - even at 4am - was fine. Pick up on return to Logan was good too. All in all, this is a reasonable way to do long term parking when flight time is very early in the morning (we drove down from Maine to stay here the night before the flight). Recommend this hotel & the park/sleep/fly deal.

Great service and nice room

Everyone connected with this hotel was warm friendly. It's great for airport access. Otherwise location not great.

I am sending this review very late but wanted to let everyone know what a great experience I had at this hotel. I stayed there for 1 night in February but left my car there for 2 weeks while I went on a cruise. There was a terrible snow storm the day I got there with very slippery conditions. 2 days into my vacation I received a car from the Manager of the hotel stating that my car had been hit in their parking lot. Accidents happen. I was upset at first but the management at the hotel went out of their way to take care of the problem. They towed my car to my preffered garage, an hour away and made sure that any out of pocket expenses I had were reimbursed immediately! My vehicle was repaired and everything was taken care of. They also sent a limo to pick me up at the airport when I returned from vacation. I highly recommend this hotel. Also, the hotel was very clean and the beds very comfortable. Very enjoyable stay there, even though it was only one night.

excellent park and fly service.....but expensive. Similar service at Newark costs hundreds less. After getting to Logan at required time we had to wait 45 minutes for TSA to start work

this is your basic sleep-before-an-early-flight hotel. It is farther from the airport than I thought but fine. We had to park in the overflow lot which was ok given the weather but if it had been snowing or raining it would have been a major bummer-maybe 100-150 yds from entrance, carrying luggage. Once inside the reception staff people were great and helpful. The room was fine, good bed, with fridge, microwave if you want to stay put and eat before you go to bed. Since we were getting up at 4 am, which is why we stayed there, we wanted to get to sleep early, not go out for a meal.
