This was second time staying at the property and using the parking facilities. Great hotel, nice parking lot and the shuttle is easy, although I do wish it dropped you off at terminal and not the tram. There were only 2 that needed to be dropped off at terminal C. I don?t understand that bit overall a good experience.

I stayed at Springhill Suites before an early morning flight. The suite was spacious and clean, the bed comfortable and the staff helpful. Would definitely stay again.

We stayed one night at the end of our trip. The general manager meet us upon arrival and was very helpful. The staff was also very helpful and courteous. I would definitely recommend staying at this hotel!

Lovely hotel, lovely staff, good amenities...ut took us 3 tries, driving in circles, paying for Turnpike tolls to find this place. A known glitch, not shared with customers, that Google maps doesn't correctly provide directions. FYI to all customers who do want to get to this lovely hotel!

Very convenient day for early flights from Newark. Everything worked well as planned. My only small criticism is that the shuttle only runs to terminal a so we ended up taking an Uber.

The parking and stay went well. The breakfast was good and the room was clean. Like most hotels it could always use more maintenance. It was strange that our TV was on and the thermastat was set very low in the summer when we arrived. We actually had to heat the room. But overall a solid stay.

Springhill Suites by Marriott Newark Liberty International made our recent trip enjoyable. The staff went beyond friendly and courteous, even helping us get our luggage to our room. The shuttle was prompt, and the drivers friendly and considerate. Our room was spacious and well-appointed. We will stay here again.

Hotel was super convenient, staff was very courteous, professional and helpful. Rooms were clean and comfortable.
