Building needs a bit of TLC, but once we got into our room, we were very comfortable. Redemption staff were exceptional! Extremely helpful with our booking issues. ParkSleepHotels must have double booked. Our confirmation number did not match our booking date OR our names. Staff were both understanding and accommodating ! Our car was parked safely throughout our travels. We would definitely consider booking at this hotel again if we require traveling out of Burlington. Next time we would book straight through the hotel, to avoid errors, stress and confusion.
