Clean room. On-time shuttle. However, in-room coffee service broken—significant for 3:00 AM check-in at airport before any coffee shops are open.

Good location to start our vacation. We have used this site several times in the past and will continue to do so as long as they don\'t screw it up.

We booked as a sleep park and fly. We arrived about 9 pm Feb 28. We had prompt very courteous service. The room was very nice, the pool area warm and very nice, we were unable to swim since we made a late arrival, but several years ago I stayed as a sleep park and fly and pool was great area was what I remember. Hot tub is out of order but I knew ahead when I called so no big deal. Room was very nice and comfortable and clean. We signed up for our free shuttle to airport which runs on the hour/24 hrs a day which was so very conveinient. Staff was wonderful, friendly. I forgot my glasses on room and called to let them know and upon our arrival home to get our vehicle they had them at the desk waiting for me. Service was up and beyond, price was very fair as well. I would definitely recommend to anyone. My second stay here. Thank you for the great stay and service.

the shuttle was great... but the hotel needed a place to eat, or a bar and grill, and Coffee in the lobby, while waiting for shuttle at 3 am.

The hotel itself was a good deal for a park and fly. Hotel was clean, big rooms and had a decent breakfast that opened at 6am. It was located in a very safe feeling neighborhood and the cars are in a nice lit-up parking lot on side of hotel. Shuttle service was great. The drivers were friendly, shuttle left hotel on the hour but picked you up whenever you landed. The front desk guy was the only problem with this hotel. Not sure who checked us in and who I called for the pick-up when we landed, but he was very, very rude. Did not share pertinent information. Like where to call when we landed for pick-up and when I did call for pick-up, he did not tell us where to meet the driver. We were waiting in the wrong location. When I called he barked at me that we were supposed to call after we had our luggage, which I did do! Get all of that info before you leave for airport!!

Was good value and turned out good for what we needed. A decent park and fly and at good price. Shuttle worked out great.

Nice clean hotel, huge parking area. We had one glitch that was very bad, the check in clerk told us to that it only takes the shuttle 15 minutes to get to the airport and we wanted to be at the airport at 5:30 am. The clerk stated that we should come at 5:10 am and get on the shuttle, she even wrote a note down on the shuttle log. We came down at 5:05 am to find out that the shuttle left at 5 am. The shuttle apparently goes every hour on the top of the hour, next shuttle leaves at 6 am. we had to grab an uber, which cost us $45 (ugh) I wish they would have had a sign posted or the new clerks to be instructed on what the shuttle schedule is. Turns out we made it through a very busy TSA checkpoint, and we were the last on the flight, they were calling our names as we were running to get on the flight before the doors closed! we lost out on our earlybird check in( Southwest airlines) had to be seperated and sit in the last two middle seats on the airplane.
