Great customer service. The manager was very, very helpful and accommodating. Great bed and very clean.

Room was very large with king bed. Shuttle to airport great. No breakfast available that early but coffee was available. When I called for a pick up at airport was told there would be a minimum half hour wait because the only shuttle driver was picking up someone at a trucking company. It turned out to not be that long but was frustrating after a long flight delay.

We were upgraded too a suite at no additional charge. The bed was very comfortable and facility was clean. Complimentary breakfast was way above par. WiFi was not good.

Good location for park and fly. Good shuttle service at odd hours, friendly staff.

As long as the room is clean that is the most important thing to us. This motel passed the test. The beds were wonderful.

Very nice

Pickup at the airport was great; had to be picked up at an alternate site because of construction. No problem. Also helped us at arrival at our parked car because of ice having arrived. Very courteous.

Upon check in they did not know that we were part of the park sleep program. she wanted to charge me $5 per night to park! Fortunately I had a copy of the receipt from park sleep. We told her we needed a 5am van to airport and it was never recorded! We arrived at 4:55 and the driver told us we were not on the list. Thankfully the van was relatively empty and we got to the airport on time. We will use park sleep again but most likely will not choose the Ramada
