Good, safe, clean room, parking and breakfast

Still waiting for call back about overcharge. Booked through ParkSleepHotels, which I've used many times. They gave me the rate, yet Comfort overcharged me. Was supposed to call me back July 20. Still waiting

We stayed one night before flying out early. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the shuttle service was very handy (took us to restaurant where roasthouse was very good). The rooms are clean if a bit dated. I left my car in an open air covered parking area, so not secured but not baking in the sun. Shuttle runs only at 10mins after the hour in the early morning 5:10 or 6:10am, but that worked out fine for us. 5 mins to airport, no problem.

I was a little leary as I had never stayed at this location before. What I loved is I parked my own car and choose my own parking space - I am leaving my car there for 4 nights. The hotel itself is clean and quiet and the staff was great. I used their shuttle to get to SeaTac. Will stay here again

Friendly check in. Room and bed were good. Flew out in the morning. Left car there.

Staff were extremely helpful and friendly.

Everything was great, the room, the front desk check in, the hotel, the parking, the trip to the airport, then on return called for pick up at 11pm . . . . very long delay, called to check and no one ever answered, it rang for a good ten minutes ! My husband was waiting in the lobby, the shuttle just sat there while the drivers talked outside and the Front Desk was deserted while the phone went unanswered. After all the good this was a spoiler ! Just glad it wasn't a cold winter night !

Staff is excellent. You can tell it's an older facility but as long as you remember your not at a resort this should meet your expectation.
