The hotel was excellent. Very friendly and quick check-in. The check-in person was very knowledgeable and helpful with my questions. The shuttle service was on time, friendly and efficient.

We travelled with our 2 young girls and another family before flying internationally. We were upgraded at no extra charge which was nice to have extra space for the 4 of us. We were able to get a crib for our infant but our friends who also had an infant had a difficult time with this. They had to argue with the front desk for them to find one and conveniently after being told they had none in the building one showed up. It is IMPERATIVE and a basic human right that infants and young children have access to a crib to sleep. Sleeping with parents is not an option with high risk for SIDS and suffocation. It should be the hotels responsibility to supply proper bedding vs parents be told "sorry we have none". The restaurant and restaurant service was good. The welcome cookies were my favorite! The room was spacious with the upgrade and the bed was comfortable. Good location to the airport. I will say, it would have been better if the sprinklers weren\'t running across the front entrance walkway where we had to load our luggage and young children into the airport transfer bus at 330am.

Overall nice hotel except that the room was very dusty. Even the TV remote had thick dust around the buttons, almost like the room hadn’t been used for months. Otherwise a great stay with great customer service including the shuttle to the airport.

We parked first and stayed when we returned from our trip. The front desk staff were helpful and friendly both times. The shuttle left the hotel exactly when we expected and the driver was courteous. Too bad we did not have the same driver when we returned. Our plane was an hour late, so it was 2:52 a.m. when we first called for the shuttle. The driver said initially he would be there in 25 minutes, and then when we called again 30 minutes after our first call he said 10 minutes. 15 minutes after that I called the front desk, and the driver arrived about 3 minutes later. He initially did not get out of the van to assist another passenger with her luggage, until she asked. The room however was very clean and comfortable, and they gave us a late checkout of 1 p.m. as we did not arrive until 4 a.m.
