Great for flying out of Pearson they have a parking garage so if it snows which it did for us no cleaning the snow off. The rooms clean and the staff very helpful and polite they even give you nice warm welcome cookies when you check in. We will definitely use them again.

The room was great, enjoyed the indoor pool, had a nice snack at the restaurant. We had an early shuttle to airport only took 10 - 15 minutes to get to terminal. Our car was parked in garage so no SNOW in it when we arrived back.

Everything was excellent except for finding where to get shuttle back to the hotel. Made call & automated voice was too unclear. Stranded 1/2 hr at wrong place. Airport employee directed us to another place. 1/2 hr wait, no shuttle. Called desk, was speaking, but call was cut off. Shuttle arrived, wrong Doubletree. Directed to another place. Waited 1/2 hr. (Was VERY cold in windbreaker). Others waited 1 hr. Spoke at desk & asked for & got 2 cookies. Others were yelling & swearing not to stay at Hiltons ever again. Sad welcome back to Canada. But after Cuba, I was used to problems.

Parked then stayed on return. Clean hotel, friendly staff, comfortable beds. Bit further out than we usually stay from airport but made up for it that you could call the shuttle upon your arrival instead of just waiting around for schedule run. Would use again.

We arrived just as the end of the world storm of Christmas 2022. Staff were patient and friendly, worked hard to stay positive as the storm was treatening everything and everywhere. We were so appréciative of their service . Outstanding work by the resto créw given how busy they were while being short staffed. Such caring people for hotel guests during Christmas and à killer storm.well done everyone. Shuttle service the next morning was just as impressive
