Nice hotel with airport shuttle to Dulles. Only complaint was the first shuttle of the morning was super crowded. Would suggest a second driver as there was another hotel shuttle van there with no driver.

We used the Hyatt Place Herndon for a recent trip flying out of Dulles. The staff were warm and friendly, the room was spacious and very comfortable, everything was clean and well maintained. A major plus, we didn’t have to wait long for the shuttle bus which has been a problem at other hotels. We will definitely use the Hyatt Place Herndon for our next trip.

Our room on the first floor was huge with couch, desk and king bed. Everything in the room was in great working order. The shower had very good water pressure. The linens were perfect.....clean and fresh and newish. Parking was right in front and safe. The breakfast was extensive, and the area kept clean. All of the staff, including the drivers, were helpful, courteous, and friendly. We had no problems with our park/stay reservation, unlike pass experience elsewhere. The location was quite near to Dulles, making for a quick ride. All in all, this was a great place to recover from an exhausting flight. We did not have time to explore the gym or park. My only suggestion would be to have cash available at the pastry bar to break larger bills from the ATM for tips for drivers, or to include an option for the driver\'s tip in your billing software, as you already do for maid service. Will definitely use this park and stay service again.

The hotel was clean and the room was nicely appointed. We did however have trouble getting the room to cool to a comfortable temperature. We had stayed at this Hyatt Place before and enjoyed our visit including breakfast. This time it was a totally different experience. We got to breakfast around 8:00 and they were already out bagels, syrup for the French toast and no yogurt. When I went to get fruit, that was gone too. I know that it was a Monday but was very poor planning on the management’s part.

Have used multiple hotels near Dulles but have decided this is the best. The rooms are excellent, the breakfast is very good, shuttle is reliable and parking convenient. The bonus is a convenient park with a beautiful walking path which is calming before or after a flight and is shocking to find in the city. There is an excellent playground for children, outdoor exercise equipment and even a dog park. Have never been disappointed and don’t even look at any other option.

Nothing but good about our one-night stay before our early flight out of Dulles. Nice hotel. Comfy bed. Large room with couch. Hot breakfast included. Helpful and nice front desk staff. Safe place to leave car during vacation. Easy 10 minute drive free shuttle to airport. We will use again.
