We have stayed in numerous airport hotels around Dulles using the park and fly option. Hyatt Place Sterling has been the best for several reasons. The main reason is the staff. They were unfailingly friendly., making every effort to accommodate our every need. From welcoming us, providing safe and efficient airport transfer, preparing a varied and delicious breakfast buffet, to making dinner recommendations and providing free transport to and from a great restaurant - the staff was super. They all clearly care about the quality of service they offer. In addition. although the hotel is a bit older, our room was updated and extremely spacious and comfortable. It was huge by most standards with a lot of space for luggage, relaxing, sleeping, and recovering from a long flight. We will always return to Hyatt Place Sterling in the future.

This hotel is perfect for overnights near Dulles. The van driver was quick to respond and friendly. Our room was clean and fresh, and the hot breakfast with plenty of fresh fruit was most appreciated.

We left our car during an overseas trip. Unfortunately the cruise was canceled due to weather. We returned a week earlier than our reservation. We had been up for 22 hours and were not in very good moods considering everything we had been through. Max was AMAZING! He was so kind, understanding, and helpful in telling us all we needed to do. Cameron then also came behind the next and suggested where we could get something to eat because we wanted to go for a walk. The room was large and comfortable. The breakfast was what we needed and extremely clean. We will definitely return!

We stayed here prior to a 9:15 am departure from Dulles - It worked out well. Hotel is well located. Rate with parking for the stay was reasonable. The person who checked us in (Max) was outstanding! Very personable and helpful. The shuttle driver was prompt and very nice also. Breakfast looked great - especially for a complementary breakfast . Great value overall. There was a bit of noise in the corridor, but that is not the fault of the hotel - there was a large group staying there.
