The review would have been five stars, but for the amount of time we spent getting from the airport to Terminal A we could have been home in Central Jersey. We waited from 6:27 pm until 7:03 pm for a pick up. I felt we were only picked up then because I called to complain we waited (with a number of other people) for over 30 minutes as we watched other hotels swing by multiple times. It also took us an hour to get to Terminal A at the start of our trip because the airport trains were not running. Perhaps for terminal C (which is an easy walk from the transit center) it would have been a better experience.

Very clean, pleasant staff. Beds and pillows were so comfortable. We ate in the restaurant and dinner was very good. Shuttle service to and from airport was great. Would recommend.

Proximity to Newark airport was what we needed and this was perfect. Staff was friendly and helpful. The Stay/Park was fantastic. I highly recommend this hotel for professional and courteous staff and ease of airport access.
