Check in / Valet was quick and easy. Staff was professional, kind and helpful . Room was clean. Thermostat was great. Shuttle was helpful. My little one left her stuffy and they kept it safe upon our return. Hotel lobby is very fancy too.

I will say my experience overall was very good. I used the hotel as an overnight stay for an early morning flight from LAX. I also used their valet parking service for 6 days. The hotel room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The hotel staff were friendly and courteous. The parking was very convenient and the parking attendants were also very friendly and courteous. I personally had good luck with the valet parking and shuttle: The shuttle bus was waiting when I left the hotel for the airport for my departure. And on my return, I didn't wait longer than three minutes for the shuttle to reach me at the designated pick up site. I texted ahead, so my car was waiting when I arrived. The hotel is by the airport and freeway, so I was out of there and on the way home within 10 minutes of leaving the airport. I would use them again.

The hotel is very attractive and welcoming. Checkin was easy and the staff friendly. The valet folks were efficient and pleasant. Great choice over an early wakeup at home and fighting traffic the day of the flight.

Perfect place to stay at the end of our trip and leave our car for 9 days while we were vacationing. Our plane got in at 8:30 pm and we had no trouble getting on the first shuttle. The trip to the hotel was brief, and checkin at the hotel was a breeze. Room was clean (except the small bit of trash had not been emptied, but not a big deal), the bed was comfy, and bathroom was well appointed. Rooms seem to have been recently renovated, expect for the shower tile and tub, but this was not an issue. Parking was seamless. I great place for a park, sleep and fly and we would certainly use Renaissance Hotel again.

Needed a room close to the airport where I could stay to catch a super early flight and leave my car for a few days. It was perfect and they had my car waiting for me when I arrived back.
