Spacious room, kitchenette, restaurant in hotel next door but they communicate from the inside which good and the food is excellent. Good shuttle service to and from the airport included. The only thing is that we were leaving at 6am for the airport and the breakfast opens at 6:30. We were suppose to have a breakfast bag but that was forgotten. All in all very nice hotel.

Very clean and modern room, well appointed with great shower. Very convenient to stay the night before our flight and park free for 2 weeks at total cost less than Park ‘n’ Fly.

Room was nice, beds comfortable Only problem with an extremely rude, condescending young man. There’s been a mixup with my vouchers so I’d offer to just pay for the room. He stated half the rooms were reserved for Air Canada because I did not have the correct voucher (I had the taxi to airport venture because the taxi driver had accidentally taken the last one) he informed me I should’ve taken a picture of my voucher (maybe this is some thing oily 20. Somethings like to do for a 60 year old ladies wouldn’t think of such a thing.) I am a person with several disabilities, and I was acutely ill. I couldn’t breathe and I was crying. Thank God, a nice man and a lovely young woman stepped in and helped me (I believe she might even left me a note to try to make me feel a little better.) So if he hasn’t been here, it’s certainly would’ve been a five-star experience

The desk staff were very helpful and professional. The shuttle bus was on time to go to the airport. We liked being able to leave the car there while away. We did not get the room we booked but it wasn’t the fault of the hotel, it was the booking site’s error. The desk clerk compensated us for the error. The complementary breakfast buffet offered a good selection of foods.
