Everything was amazing. The only reason I did not give a 5 was the issue with the shuttle. I did a lot of research to ensure that they had early shuttle, at 4:15. Website states shuttle was available. When checked in, shuttle service did not start til 4:55. So had to take Lyft to the airport

This Residence Inn was of the same excellent quality that we've come to expect. The room would have been comfortable for an extended stay, but we were there for only the one night. Harley was very efficient in arranging our shuttle to the cruise terminal. Since we had made the booking over four months prior, the price for parking over the included seven nights had increased (as had the hotel rate), but the hotel agreed to honor the lower price. We did have to wait an hour for the return shuttle to the hotel, but it was a very busy morning, so we understood. The drivers were both very good and helpful with our luggage. We didn't realize that the booking fee was a separate charge and wouldn't be subtracted from the hotel fee.

The ro was a comfortable, spacious studio. I was only there for two me night, but everything worked and was of good quality. I left b fore breakfast, but to my surprise, there was fresh, hot coffee in the lobby with real milk at 5:30 in the morning. If my car is still there and undamaged when I return from my trip, I would say everything was perfect, and I will stay there whenever I have an early flight from FLL.

We booked a park and cruise package which allowed us to leave our car for the 11 days of our cruise. Love that option! Our room was clean and comfortable and the dinner recommendation (Tropical steakhouse around the corner) was right on! Breakfast was good. Our only complaint was with a 12 noon shuttle and an 11 am checkout, we had to wait for someone to leave the always locked restrooms before we could use them

Oh my, what nice place to stay before travel! The room was so spacious and clean. It was very quiet and comfortable. The breakfast, I have to say was the best hotel breakfast we\'ve had in a very long time. Definitely recommend! 5 stars!

Check in folks were great, room was very clean. Breakfast was very nice. All staff members were very customer focused. We had to extend our stay one night and they were very accommodating.
