The staff was very accommodating and friendly. I needed to make a small change and it was done easily by the receptionist. I liked the covered parking and the ease of getting to ORD. Very clean and comfortable room.

It was very convenient to stay here for our early flight out from Ohare. The shuttle to Ohare was quick. We liked it had covered parking. Nice room, friendly people. We will choose to stay here again if we need to fly out from Ohare.

L8ve the hotel. I had booked before and after stay, parking in a covered garage (a big bonus)! The day we checked in, I realized we did not need the 2nd night. The hotel canceled, but I couldn\'t find a phone number to cancel with your company the 2nd night hoping to get some refund. How can you help me? The shuttle runs every 30 minutes and had so many people waiting (no reservations taken), that they had to call their bigger bus. Our driver was great both ways. Pickup was efficient as well.
