Room was clean, bathroom huge Slept great. Great directions for park and sail Shuttle was amazingly smooth. Drop off and pick up. Best one yet This is not the ritz, but i always felt safe and clean. A worker in the restaurant loaned me a tire tool as we had a nail in our tire, it turned out to be a tiny screw, that did not even break the tire rubber. We bought a 4way tire thingy as our thingy did not fit the lug nuts. I thought it was so kind of the employee who would not take any money. This was our first time driving to Florida and we stayed for 4 months, (campground) we are returning in 2024 and have leaned a lot. Safe to say it was a wild journey, and this motel was refreshing.

Location, location, location. We thought it was a good deal to bundle hotel, car parking while cruising, and shuttle service. Waffles restaurant was good. Keep updating the facility. Would stay here again.

The shuttle was overbooked with a large group all using a different cruise line than me. It took two trips and was running late for the next group pickup which included me. Some notice of this would have been nice- found it easier just to drive myself and park. The hotel was dated but the outside was so well groomed and maintained- very nice- the staff were EXTREMELY nice. Id stay again.

The rooms are very clean even though dated. Sally at front desk was so kind, friendly, efficient and helpful. However, the clerk on the next day was just the opposite (no name tag). Van to Port was late to pick us up, overcrowded, hot, disorganized and was late getting to Port. As a result, we missed our prepaid specialty restauran, lost reservation and buffet was shutting down. Motel is FAR from Port. Pool was clean and just the correct temperature. Get a room near the pool; rooms in back look a little shady. No elevator to 2nd floor so helped elderly to move luggage. Safe parking in front of office. I would stay here again; fair price. Sally gave us a 15% coupon for attached luncheonette; great food and Colleen was our Server. Chef is very good. Clean restaurant and good prices; crowded for breakfast. The best Greek omelet; spinach infused with garlic.

The upgrade in the bedding was wonderful to see but the rooms and bathrooms need some updates too. Still charging for breakfast is ridiculous! On the way back we waited 2 hours for shuttle to pick us up. Shuttle is stuck in traffic. Getting shuttle only for you. Need shuttle to have luggage trailer. Didn’t get shuttle only for us and we watched shuttle after shuttle from other companies going by. Never made it home that night and had to pay for another hotel!

We used the Park and Stay option. The grounds were well kept including the pool area. The room was clean with good A/C and a nice fridge and microwave. All the staff were very friendly and the connected restaurant was great!
