Great staff. In particular the woman who ran our breakfast was amazing. I believe her name was Adonetay. The breakfast was tasty and the shuttle to airport is slick.

Great place to stay and will return when we come back next year. Our room was clean, the breakfast was good, staff was nice and helpful. The checkout time was at noon which was awesome. The pool was open till midnight so the kids had plenty of time to swim after our fun day of activities. It was also really close to the Mall of America.

We were greeted with very friendly service at check in. Our room was clean and very nice. When the shuttle wasn’t available to and from the airport we were given an Uber. Everything was perfect and we’d definitely stay, park and fly again!

We were only there for a few hours of sleep before a very early flight. The desk attendant gave us excellent recommendations for a restaurant. The room was clean and comfortable.

We took a 5am shuttle for a 7am flight, while waiting in the security line, my boyfriend realized he left his phone on the nightstand. Once through security, I began calling the hotel to see if there was any chance they could find his phone and send it with the next shuttle. I attempted to call for the next 20-25 minutes with no answer, shortly after 6, someone answered and worked on sending someone to the room to retrieve the phone and also spoke with the driver to see how quickly they could get back to airport with phone. Somehow it all worked out with my boyfriend meeting the driver and getting back through security and on the plane in the nick of time! Thank you so much!!
