SpringHill Suites by Marriott Indianapolis Airport/Plainfield PLAINFIELD

MAJOR issue is that the airport shuttle is advertised as available 24 hours. Our return flight returns about midnight so there's NO WAY to get back to the hotel with that return trip. I contacted the hotel General Manager, and she had never heard of ParkSleepHotel so there was NO relief! It would have been better if we had known about the shortened shuttle hours prior to booking as, obviously, the shuttle is a major part of the booking!

From the property design and cleanliness, to the staff: front desk, shuttle, and housekeeping, to the pleasant, surprisingly delicious hotel breakfast buffet….. EVERYTHING was over-the-top WONDERFUL. The rooms are clean and spacious. The shuttle- NOT 24-hours as shown on website- was prompt, and each driver SO friendly…. even at 4 am! I would absolutely positively recommend this hotel for a comfortable sleep and stay! Thank you SpringHill Suites!

On the Parksleephotels website it was incorrectly advertised that shuttle to the airport was available 24hrs but it is in service from 4:00 am. Hotel personnel took care of it and coordinated a different service for me and my family at no cost for us considering the mistake.

Clean, friendly place to stay. Breakfast was above par and airport shuttle driver was great!
