Hyatt Place Orlando Airport ORLANDO

The hyat t place is minutes from airport- with a free shuttle service. All rooms are sweets, sitting area with a nice couch, bar area, and suitcase stand. Plenty of room in bed area and vanity and closet. Lovely cooked breakfast in morning. My go to.

This is an excellent place to stay the night before a flight. Convenient, clean, large room, good price that includes parking up to 7 days.

This was a first for using a sleep and fly. Great experience. The breakfast was very good and having the shuttle service was wonderful. When we arrived back from Sicily in Terminal C and called for pickup, it was only a 10 minute wait. We will definately use this hotel again. What a hidden gem for traveling ease.

Front Desk staff were friendly when we checked in BUT neglected to tell us that we had to put our name down for the Shuttle, which caused us to nearly miss our flight. I was told the Shuttle leaves every 30 minutes … I arrived downstairs at 5:50 for the 6am Shuttle which had left because they said “everyone who had their names down had arrived, so the left”, so we sat in the Lobby for 40 minutes waiting for the next Shuttle which was very frustrating and no attempt at assisting us with the situation in spite of the fact that the Staff were at fault.

Great location, close to the airport. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The shuttle service is an extra bonus! I’ll stay here again.

The Room was large and clean staff were nice and helpful…. price was good considering we had 1 week free car parking….. the only disappointment was the food at the little restaurant right at the checkout….. we ordered the hamburgers. The burgers were below sub standard….. meat was frozen patties were over cooked with no taste . I think were microwaved to melt the cheese…. The frozen chips were baked…. I would ever eat there but every thing else was great….

Great customer service at this facility. Comfortable room, fast efficient shuttle, we were up too early for breakfast , but that was included. So convenient for our 4 am flight from Orlando Airport! And no struggling to find a parking spot at the airport. Will definitely use this again and will recommend to my friends and family.
