I accidently booked a room for the wrong night. The Reception desk worked diligently to not only make sure that I wasn\'t turned away, but also that i got the best discount plan possible.

The room was clean, good service. Brekfast was very good. I\'m impressed thank you you

Beautiful room like a small apartment

Our room was very quiet as planes flew by. We were close to Ruby Tuesdays for Lunch/Dinner. The shuttle to the cruise port was excellent. I would definitely go back.

We arrived on New Years day 2023 for a single night stay before our cruise out of Bayonne. Our package for 5 included the suite, breakfast, shuttle service and parking for up to 14 days. Alexis checked us in and went above and beyond to arrange our shuttle service for the next day. Alexis was very friendly, curteous and helpful; a 5 star associate. The Suite was clean and roomy, the bathroom was large and clean, the kitchenette area was nice to have. The sleep was comfortable and the complete breakfast was plentiful and satisfying. The complimentary drinks were an excellent bonus but the limited redemption time was not noticed so they were lost :( The shuttle service was on time and went very well both at the hotel and the port. I am very pleased with my reservation and highly recommend the Embassy Suites. As an added bonus, the Mall across the street was open on New Years day-great shopping!!

We only stayed one night and parked for a week while on a cruise out of Bayonne. This was a great option and the shuttle driver to/from the cruise terminal was fantastic and extremely helpful. We arrived on Christmas night and there was a newer young lady, Alexis working. She hit a few snags getting us squared away for the shuttle and parking, but she handled them politely & professionally even though it required contacting an off-duty manager at home (who was very responsive and helpful as well). Overall, it was a very good option.

Service at the desk was so friendly and helpful. Convenient to the airport or the cruise lines. Food was average from the restaurant. Room was pleasantly decorated and comfortable - and clean!! Mattress was too soft. Excellent deal to have a room and parking in one package. Overall, made our travels much less stressful.

i have nothing bad to say about the hotel but the come back with the shuttle was horible. the place to wait for the shuttle at the port is in the middle of the parking lot where theres no shadow and no bench to sit. yet every other shuttles picked up they clients where theres benches and shadow at the exit of the dock. even worst, the driver never came for us. he dropped clients and left. after 2h of waiting we called a cab to go back to the hotel to get our car we left there. however the hotel reimburse us for the cab.

The staff are great, the room had everything we needed. The complementary drink at the bar was nice. The option to leave our car and have port shuttle was just what we wanted. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again!
