Courtyard by Marriott Fort Lauderdale Airport & Cruise Port DANIA BEACH

Hotel service was excellent. They were polite and helpful. The shuttle service was horrible, we ended taking an Uber. I paid for park and stay ahead of time. Shuttle driver insisted that we did not have free shuttle even though I had our paid receipt. There were of us and I tried to sort it out for over an hour. The hotel receptionist tried her best to assist and provided receipts to the shuttle driver. He wouldn\'t budge. So we took Uber to the cruise port and also on our return to hotel for our car. Would definitely stay at this hotel again. I won\'t ever use the shuttle service though. The shuttle manager hid in the back room, even when it was requested that he help sort out the problem.

The Marriott was fine, clean and convenient to port. ParkSleepHotels needs to do a better job with placing order with hotel. I had to show my confirmation in order to get them to adjust the room rate, pay for the free shuttle to cruise port, and am currently emailing parking.com as my parking was to be free for up to 7 days (was there 5) and they have charged me $73.50.

Great location. Nice room. Bed was very hard. Employees were nice. Food prices were extremely high. Glad we had our breakfast included. Very confusing trying to get all the people over to the cruise port, but nice bus driver and we were there in plenty of time. I’d stay there again.

Hotel and parking were good. Clean rooms and very friendly staff. Bistro food was limited but good. We reserved the shuttle to the cruise port. The van arrived 30 minutes late and over an hour late to the port.
