Four Points by Sheraton Nashville Airport NASHVILLE

Hotel was well maintained and room was spacious and clean. We stayed overnight before an early flight. Shuttle service to the airport was excellent and VERY convenient. Also included leaving our car parked there. Very pleased

Close to airport with several restaurant options close by (short driving distance). Bar in the hotel open 5-10 pm. Airport Shuttle starts at 4 am. They have long term car parking for $10 a day. Rooms are good. My only complaint is the tub wouldn’t drain properly.

Front desk staff was very good and friendly work with. Due to the snow we had to change our reservations multiple times because our flight kept getting switched around. Ended up driving. Still left one vehicle on site in order to fly back and catch the shuttle. Room was good. Breakfast was fine no complaints. However, on the return, we called front desk for shuttle when our flight landed. The lady I spoke with was super nice, she tried her best to figure out why the driver was not at the pick up at the airport. the driver never showed. We waited almost 1 hour. It was the evening shift. We ended up using a shuttle from another hotel.

The hotel itself was fine. You can not park your car, return and then sleep at the hotel. You have to sleep at the hotel first to be able to park your car. The hotel said I had to take it up with the website, they are not affiliated at all with PARKSLEEPHOTELS. Staff was nice, but this website is selling something that isn\'t available.

Great hotel with clean, comfortable rooms. Easy acces to restaurants and the airport. Free shuttle to the airport.
