We had a party of 3 stay here before a cruise. It was a good choice.

The front counter staff was friendly and efficient. The room was clean, comfortable and quiet, the breakfast staff was helpful and friendly.

We didn\'t arrive until 3 am. I had called to make sure they knew I would be late & was told no problem. When we got there we were greeted by a very pleasant nice lady. We went straight to bed & didn\'t get up until 11. My husband went down to the free breakfast. Our room was nice & the bed comfortable. We chose this hotel to be able to park here while on a cruise. The cost was about the same as just parking at a garage. They don\'t have a shuttle to the port so we Ubered for $15.

The hotel employees tried to help us make the most of the situation but the shuttle was not running at the times we needed it. One of the employees offered to spend the night and take us in the morning and come back and get us the next Saturday. I just decided it was easier to take my car to the airport. I will not use the ParkSleep package again. There were problems with the room but they paled compared to the stress of trying to refigure our whole plan.

I was welcomed on Tuesday, 2/15 by Amani (I think, spelling?), who was professional, courteous, and most helpful. In the morning, I had a number of questions which Dorothy answered to my satisfaction. When the airport shuttle failed to arrive on time, Dorothy, who was just leaving her shift, graciously offered to give me a lift to the airport. Would definitely stay here again anytime I fly out of Norfolk!

Very clean. Comfortable bed. Good wifi. Reasonable price for one night stay and parking for 14 days. Great location near airport and liked that car stayed at location for time away. No opportunity for breakfast as we left too early for flight. Friendy shuttle driver. Only complaint is that the shuttle is not 24 hours so when we arrive back to Norfolk Airport at midnight, we will have to get alternative transportation to the hotel to get our car.
