The Westin Atlanta Airport ATLANTA

Beautiful facility...great pizza in the restaurant...shuttle was on time...we will stay with you again when flying out of Atlanta.

Looks like the hotel had a complete makeover! Everything was great! bed was so comfortable, room was clean, everything worked well!

Very nice. The bed was too soft for my personal comfort.

Thick firm foam pillows. Westin used to have wonderful soft down pillows. Also heavy duvet - why do hotels use them when they’re so hot? A sheet and one or two thin blankets would be more comfortable. The website says shuttle runs every 15 minutes but it’s every 30 on the hour and half hour. We just missed the 7 am and had to waste a half hour waiting for the next one.

We wanted a place to leave our car snot not pay the high airport parking fees. The Westin is the best so far the check in was smooth , the room was nice and the van was there as promised so we had a short trip right to the Delta check in. This is my second time using Westin and I would use them more but they stay booked . The only problem I had was Valet was we pulled up we could not get any their attention to direct us and ended up in the parking area and had to walk all our luggage up from there. We would have gladly used them if they would have shown any interest . There were two at the stand talking to another person and we finally had to move because we were blocking a bus. The next morning the man at Valet answered my question but did not seem to want to be bothered.

Parking attendants were extremely helpful but the room had some things to be desired. First of all there was NO shampoo at all , very little body wash and the AC was not working properly.

Room was great. People were very nice and accommodating. Shuttle service to the airport was great only negative thing is that the hotel is a bit dated

Very convenient to airport. People very helpful. Parking for 21 days great, safe. Very clean. Definitely would stay again and recommend to others

Was extremely pleased with the ease of dropping off the car, being transported to and from the airport and registering for the room. The room was very comfortable, clean and well maintained. Would suggest having breakfast included in the package. Will stay here again.
