The staff at the front desk were a couple of the best I've encountered, very personable and helpful. The van service to the airport was very efficient. The continental breakfast was just something to put in your stomach at an early hour and was definitely lacking, The bagels were dry and tasteless, and there was no regular coffee.

room was clean and the staff was very good. very low hot water pressure in the morning when showering and when heat came on....LOUD! we will use this hotel again however

The service was ok.Tha value was to much for what we received. Noise all night long. Bar closed at 8:30 pm. The worst thing was no hot water. None. We couldn't take showers before our trip. Very disappointed. Stayed there before and was pleased. I would hope to get a credit on our credit card for our inconvenience. This will determine if we use your hotel again. Karen Eckert

Excellent /Stay / Park / Fly !! Shuttle Service to BWI Airport, Free 14 Day Parking, Excellent Breakfast Severed at 4:00 am, and We were Picked up @ BWI, after our trip, to pick up our car. We WILL USE THIS RAMADA AGAIN !!

Overall it was good. We were disappointed with the fact that when we got to the bar restaurant they indicated they wanted to close and if we wanted anything we had to order right away since they cook and bartender had along day the next day and wanted to close early. We did the sleep park and fly so we could have a relaxing evening the night before our trip and ended up feeling rushed to leave the restaurant.
