I rented this room through StayParkTravel site which indicated the hotel was only a mile from the airport - WRONG - more like 6 miles! I like being dropped off curbside and being picked up after my trip so I don't have to deal with airport parking. However, I don't really like waiting '40 minutes' for the shuttle to come after a day of traveling and a 3 hour drive ahead of me to get home. I called during my layover to let them know what time I would be arriving at BWI and was told there would be no problem. I called as soon as I got my luggage (9:28 PM) and was told they would be there to get me. I called again after 25 minutes of waiting and was told he was on his way and that he hit traffic. He showed up at 10:08 PM. It took 10 minutes to get back to the hotel which means they waited 30 minutes to leave the hotel to come and pick me up! Never again. By the way, there was no traffic which I noted on our drive back to get my car. As I was waiting, every other hotel shuttle stopped to pick people up. Some I even saw twice! Shuttle was old and dirty. I will pick another hotel next time!

The hotel was clean and the room was sufficient. There was a very good shower head, the bed was comfortable and the hotel was very quiet. The only thing I would change was that there was no lamp on the desk table, so it made it hard to work there. It is in a nowhere location, but 15 minutes from the airport and that makes it good.

A friend and I stayed one night at this Ramada and were very pleased with the customer service. Our flight was cancelled and rescheduled to a later time and management graciously let us stay as long as we needed to catch our next flight even though we were way past checkout time! Shuttle drivers were courteous and helpful. Would certainly recommend this hotel to others!
