Property upgraded. Much better condition than our last stay. Good shuttle service. Downside is location in a business area. Nothing around like other restaurants and etc. Impressive service at the front desk.

Everyone was very helpful. The guy who checked us in was nice, but we told him to put in a wake up call for 2am, but we never got one. It's a good thing we had a backup alarm or we would have missed our flight. The room was fine, but when we got up at 2am, we had no hot water to take showers and no time to get it fixed.

The staff was courteous and helpful. The transportation to and from the airport was very efficient and helpful. We very much liked the location of the hotel in the Baltimore area as we do not live in a big city area.

This is our second stay at this hotel.Very nice Breackfast does,t start at 4:00 as advertised .It does,t start till 5:30 Should have atleast muffins or sweet roll .

Rooms were better than last time and the resturant/bar was a new addition. Shuttle service to the airport was very good. The pickup as delayed 1/2 hr for some unexplained reason.

We have stayed at this hotel at least three or four times, taking advantage of the Park, Sleep and Fly program. It a very good value. The hotel is under new management and at least the lobby has been remodeled. This ad says breakfast starts at 4:00 am
