The hotel and room was nice, but they did not want to honor my reservation for a park, sleep, fly arrangement. They wanted to charge me $19 per night to park which would have added over $200 to the charges, after I showed them the paperwork they agreed to the free parking for a week and the lower rate for the extra days. The parking lot has a lot of dark areas and the spaces and driving lanes are very narrow making it difficult to park.

Prompt check in, clean room, courteous front desk, excellent drop off and pick up at airport. Room was updated with USB charging in the outlets. Nice relaxing lounge and bar area with excellent bar service. This is our 3rd stay here, first time under the Delta name; previously known as Marriott Renaissance.

The young woman who checked me in was wonderful. Definitely will stay there again.. did not use the pool. My one star rating for that doesn’t count. Our shuttle driver Pam was great

Stayed here the night before our flight. Had dinner at the restaurant, HUGE portions. Could have split one meal easily. Airport shuttle was easy and the driver was amazing. Wish I caught her name to give her recognition! She talked to the kids and made them feel comfortable. Would def do this again!
